Right now, something is open. We joined the Claude Partner Network, and we’re building a team of AI engineers certified to ship production work on Anthropic’s Claude. That means a graduate cohort, trained and certified, plus a senior hire to lead delivery alongside me.

What working here is like: you ship to production, you talk to clients, and you own outcomes end to end. Autonomy with standards. We measure delivery, not visibility, and we don’t do busywork to look busy. If you need a big office and a long org chart, we’ll disappoint you quickly.

Senior AI delivery engineer

Cape Town · hybrid

Our first senior delivery hire, what some teams now call a forward deployed engineer. You lead builds end to end: custom AI agents and the AI operating system we install for clients. Claude and GPT-class models, WhatsApp and Slack integrations, automation (n8n, Flowgear), context engineering, and the unglamorous parts that make AI actually stick in a real business. You work directly with me and touch every client we have. You can scope a job, build it, ship it in six weeks, and say no to the parts that won’t work. Salesforce experience helps, isn’t required.

AI engineer, graduate intake

Cape Town

For recent graduates who’d rather build than sit through a training programme. You’ll join the cohort we’re certifying on Anthropic’s Claude, then work on real client builds early: agents, automations, integrations. We teach you the craft and the discipline. You bring the raw ability, the curiosity, and the willingness to be measured on what you ship. Strong coding fundamentals matter more than a perfect transcript. Computer science, engineering, maths, or self-taught with proof, all read.
