I’m Mathieu. I spent the last decade building systems inside large enterprises. Banks, insurers, retailers, a Big Four consultancy, industrial groups and government agencies. The kind of places where software either works or someone gets a phone call at 2am. I learned two things there. Enterprise-grade discipline is real and worth having. And most of what makes AI projects fail has nothing to do with AI. It’s vague scope, no owner, and demos that never reach production. A 2025 MIT study put a number on the last one:

That’s deliberate: the people who build your system should know the tools, stay current, and be held to one bar. I lead the work and set that bar. The team builds to it. How we work.
If you want the thing built and shipped, that’s the whole job.
Autonomy with standards. We measure delivery, not visibility. We’ll tell you when something won’t work before we take your money, and we’d rather walk away from a bad fit than inherit a mess. If you want a big vendor with a big deck and a junior team you never meet, we’ll disappoint you quickly.
