Who we are. This site is operated by Syrup AI (Pty) Ltd, trading as Syrup, a company registered in South Africa. We operate from 146 Campground Road, Newlands, Cape Town, 7780. Contact: hello@poursyrup.ai.

Using this site. The site is here so you can understand what we do, share an idea, or book a call. Don’t misuse it: no scraping at volume, no attempting to break or probe it, no using it to send spam or unlawful content through our forms.

Our content. The text, design, wordmark, and graphics on this site belong to Syrup AI (Pty) Ltd. You may quote or share excerpts with attribution. You may not pass our content off as yours or use the Syrup brand without written permission.

What this site is not. Content here is general information about our services. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and prices or guarantees described here become binding only when they appear in a signed agreement. We update the site as the business evolves, and we don’t promise every page is current to the day.

Engagements. If we work together, that relationship runs on a signed scope and agreement between your company and Syrup AI (Pty) Ltd. Those documents win over anything on this site.

Third-party services. Booking runs on Cal.com, the idea form on Web3Forms, video calls on Google Meet. Their terms apply to their services. Our subprocessors page lists who they are and what they touch.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself. Nothing here limits liability that South African law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing here touches the liability provisions of signed engagement agreements.

Law and disputes. South African law governs these terms. Disputes about this website go to the courts of South Africa.

Changes. We’ll update these terms when something material changes and adjust the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
